Reshad Kamal was born in Libya in 1983. He started photography in his school age with his father’s old Yashica electro 35 camera. After completing his B.FA. major in ‘Drawing and painting’, he started his job life in an advertising agency in creative department.
Reshad is a self-taught photographer. He had a six credit course on photography in his university, beside that he participated some workshop and exhibition on photography. Currently he works as a Visualizer in Unitrend Limited. His main interest lies in portrait, street, and documentary photography.
In Bangladesh G M B Akash, M R Hasan, Mohammad Moniruzzaman is his favorite photographer. Internationally Raghu Roy, Robert Cappa, Steve McCurry, Henry Cartier Bresson inspired him lot.
Now he works as a freelance photographer and trying to develop his skills on photography and try to be a documentary photographer in future.
“The second time around is a big thing for me. I'm really comfortable right now. I'm just trying to get better. I want to learn my plays, learn my right reads and produce on the field. The sky is the limit. I'm not going to place any limits on myself on where I'm going to end up.”
